Looking for a song I used to have, can't remember who it's by or the name of it. some lyrics include the following;

There is also a 50's blues song called "cabbage head" which is apparently a take off on it, using the same melody. Ruth Brown, Professor Longhair and others were known to popularize it by performing it live. Ruth's recorded version goes something like this:
