Help finding 90s/early 2ks Trance/Tecno/Dance song

There's this song I heard in early 2k so it was probably a 90s song. It was trancey, like in a spaceship or something. There was a lady's voice warning people (like an "abandon ship" recording) over the music.

She kept repeating 13...13...13... and something about escape immediately. So you get the feeling that you're in the ship that's about to blow so you better get ur ***** into the escape pods immediately...

Most of the song is a mixture of cool trancey sounds and deep raspy bass. Starts with a slow beat and then gets a little faster but not too fast. Awesome. There's parts of the song that have a nice beat with a sharp intense low pitch snarl every 4-8 beats. Then out of nowhere all percussion stops and you only hear the swirly, fuzzy, tweeky, windy, spacey sounds as that lady starts counting and stuff. (It reminds me of the computer on Star Trek when the ships on self destruct mode- kind of monotone). Then all of a sudden, with another of those intense snarls, the beats pick up again....

Anyone recognizes it?

Thanks but those weren't it. They're both too chill and too many vocals. Nice songs though!
