Shame on those dirty little hands,

Those lips that kissed me.

It was all a lie, just lie,

Just a pretty lie.

Wrap it up in a box,

Send it in a message to your best friend.



Shame on those dirty little thoughts,

I guess those three words never meant a thing.

You could have backed down, should have backed down,

But didnt back down.

Replay it in your head.

Enjoy every moment while you can.



Sabotage is your game,

Hurting me to feel the pain.

You say you couldnt stop yourself,

Oh please, you're a wind up toy on her shelf.

you said you never liked her,

you promised and you swore.

so now she's not the only one to blame,

just because you took her lure.



guilt. the one word you say you felt,

well good, you deserve the cards you've been dealt.

i wouldnt bet it all if i were you,

cause its my poker face you cant see through.



now i'm out for revenge, and its a scary thing,

you thought i was crazy before, you've see nothing.

so wipe that smile off your face,

by the time i'm done there wont be a trace.



jealousy is the deadliest sin,

and this time you cant even defend,

that your actions werent justified by your words,

after all the things that you told her.

Good writing! Nearly everyone has to go through these kinds of experiences, especially songwriters.

When I first came to this site,I too wrote songs about being hurt("Hurt Me So","Cruel Intentions" to name two)But after I "cooled off" I started writing more "happy" songs.It's good to get this out of your system,then let the good times roll!(Another great song lyric,by the way!)Also now I know what you meant on the "Honesty" thread.You did write a song of a similar nature!

I think I kind of just go back and forth haha. Ive had a lot of experiences in my short life that I could go on forever about! It tends to happen that when I catch wind of a good title, the rest just flows! Or one specific line or something and I just sit there and have to write the whole thing!
