Man, I think you overdo it, rock IS culture it doesn't need a thing to culturalize it.
Just like every nation has it's own culture, which at least basic points of it SHOULD BE preserved for the generations to come.

I so agree Moon and Amethyste, about culture ....it's only by 'accident' that we are born or placed into a certain culture and then it becomes our own, and it should become our purpose to preserve all of the good things that we represent....even if other people can't ever see those good things as well as we can
