That vimeo link (Bob Dylan) doesn't display for me in my browser, but no problem i got it on chrome, and it actually made me think of an alternative rock song from 2005*that i'll probably post later*

Scott McKenzie had a really nice voice! really pleasant to listen to....

All of those songs reminded me of a trivia moment from the movie about Phil Spectre....back in the 60's*when he produced the release of one of the Righteous Brothers greatest hits.....Soul And Inspiration?....in the movie he (Al Pacino as Spectre) was explaining that it was 'the greatest song' that he had ever produced, but it was 'TOO LONG' (over 4 minutes) and so nobody would buy it! Lol....and so he told the people that made the label for the song, show the time as smth like 2:30 instead of 4+ minutes. And then since it was represented*as a 'normal' length*song*for that era, people bought it and loved it and it became one of the best selling songs ever!?*

20 years later, 1987 (all 3 of these songs), a memorable year for me....if i could remember it*

Well, it was another case of pure luck. I was flipping thru the TV channels trying to find something worth watching for an hour or so, and I landed on an old Chevy Chase film, National Lampoon's European Vacation, just when that song was playing. I recognized it right off, and realized I just had to include it here.

1987 was a TOO GREAT of a year for music!

Thanks for reminding Bob Seger's Shakedown, a completely forgotten song in my mind.
T'pau was a favorite band of mine and I intend to prove it in the future.

But as for the last vid .... well some things are better to stay untouched, and when you have already written history with "Joshua tree" you can't just record a dvd for commercial reasons when you obviously UNDERPERFORM (and i think I'm kind enough to use the particular word).
If "Still haven't found what I'm looking for" was originally released like as in the vid above, it would never have been a memorable song.
So Teshka, great of you to show them respect even though you could easily not!!!!!

I believe it's not so "little" any more; although we can always add songs and bands but truth is that we have already included a great portion of classics.

I would have never thought of adding EMF's "You're unbelievable" cause I had the impression it was techno-oriented. Well done mate!

Amethyste, Extreme Ways (Moby) is defo more techno-ish than Unbelievable, but I can understand why you would have remembered it that way
