Lust
Here’s what I have for the next song in my Inferno project called Lust. The circle of lust is depicted as a weather worn landscape with a giant storm swirling through it. The souls sent to this circle are forced to be chained to members of the opposite sex and sent flying through the air and battered on the rocks for all eternity. The lyrics aren’t completed yet, but this is what I’ve got. All input is welcome.
I saw her eyes.
They captivated,
Tantalized my drive.
Her flesh became my plaything.
His sorrow the cost,
Their misery my world.
And now I’m bound
By the need in life that forged
These chains of steel.
I now suffer
Torment all to real.
Before I break
On the rocks below
I find my ecstasy turns to pain again.
I saw his smile.
It enveloped,
Consumed my whole being.
His words became my solace,
Her frailty broken.
And now I’m bound
By the need in life that forged
These chains of steel.
I now suffer
Torment all to real.
Before I break
On the rocks below
I find my ecstasy turns to pain again.
Have you ever seen blood in the moonlight? It appears quite black. Have you ever seen spiders crawling on the graves?
