Xeoro – High Arc lyrics

I finally found the future is getting old,
It's too fast for me,
Will i be someone, will my tale be told,
In history.

Can I rely that my own good deeds,
Will bring a new kind of philosophy,
I am the jury, the judge and the thief,
Charged with trying to turn over a new leaf.

So Hear My Prayer.

And the soldiers, they're running with fear,
Died for country to young for a beer,
And not even the patriots cheer,
Will bring them back.

Here's to plans for the future,
To mistakes I have made and I'll make again,
I don't want to write poetry,
'Cuz life is not that beautiful to me.

You've given your life with the throw of the dice,
Does anyone care for your sacrifice?
Political Stance costs a million lives,
And is by the end, the means justified.
To friends or to country, to whom give your toast?
My question is what do you value the most?
I wish you could see what i wrote on the wall,
The stars and the stripes never served you at all.

So let's drink to the future,
To mistakes that you made and won't make again,
I won't write poetry,
'Cuz life is not that beautiful to me.
To me, To me.

Now Here's to the future,
To mistakes I have made and I'll make again,
I don't try to write poetry,
'Cuz life is not that beautiful to me.

So let's drink to the future,
To mistakes you have made and won't make again,
I don't try to write poetry,
'Cuz death is not so beautiful to me.
To me, to me, to me.
