Life Goes On... identify song, heard at Stop & Shop

Thank you in advance for any help with this. I heard this song at Stop & Shop. Female vocals, medium up tempo, pop genre. The lyrics in the chorus, best I can tell are:

"Life goes on... when you think you're comin down. ... Life goes on... so pick yourself up and be gone. Life goes on... and on and on and on."

I made a quick recording of this with my iphone. It's quiet but audible. This link will download it. Or maybe you know just from the lyrics. Thank you again for any help.

Hey cerebralpayne. Thanks so much for your help on this. I left a message on your youtube post. I really appreciate at least having some help finding this beautiful song. Listen if you work at this store, one thought I have is, you could possibly just connect a recording device right to the source, and capture the song. Otherwise, hopefully we will find our answer soon. The thing is, I heard it at Stop & Shop, a common supermarket here in the northeast. If these corporations are licensing this song then it's got to be published somewhere. So i hope we eventually find it. Hope to hear back from you, either on Youtube or here. Thanks buddy.
