I would say “утре е друга ден"
but somehow I don't feel it's correct.

"Ден" is masculine, so "утре е друг ден" is the correct literal translation You may also say "утре е нов ден" (tomorrow is a new day), not sure the meaning of which one is closer to the english expression. I think it depends on the context

I think the closest is "утре е различен ден" (tomorrow is a different day).
If you mean "tomorrow is another day", then it would be: Утре е още един ден
