I'd also agree with Neil Peart and Mike Portnoy.

Travis Barker is overrated IMO (even though I do loves me some Blink :P)

I'd say Travis Barker uses his kit well, and is the best i've seen at manipulating time signatures and such, but technique-wise, Travis Barker is way down the list of all time good drummers...
