That's a tough one, probably the reason why you did not get any reaction until now .

The words are very hard to hear.
In the beginning there are four lines being repeated all the time:

Kraft hat er
Strength he has
Mut braucht er
Courage he needs
Stark ist er
Strong he is
Angst kennt er
Fear he knows

In the middle of the song there are some more words. (around 1:55 into the song)
I can't really hear what they are screaming.
