I really don't understand la tema de la cancion, I understand every single word but I just don't get the whole idea , and there's always something missing in every phrase , so pllz translate this to me , and correct my translation as well

This song belongs to a series which is about a woman who kills her husband and, after calling police, falls asleep. When she wakes up, she notes that she is going to live again the last year. I haven´t seen the series, so maybe the song speaks of specific situations which we don´t know.

I think "olvidos que dieron vuelta" refers to things forgotten which come back to memory.

"Tal vez lo hice antes de ayer" refers to the things which she can change.

I think she refers to forget what has happened: "pisar" would be a metaphor of reviving the events, "compás" is rhythm, "el tiempo que me perdí" would be what she could have done, but she didn´t.

It seems that (in the series) she´ll fall in love again with her lover, so I think this sentence refers to rethink this affair. The next sentences go on this idea: rethinking what this affair has left to them. I think "De a poco" is a time expression: "soon", "dissapear soon".
