Sadly the sound quality of the track is so poor ... (well for someone who's hard of hearing anyhow) ... it could be one of hundreds of songs... so unless someone is really really familiar with the tune, I doubt you'll get an answer until a better sample can be found.

I note that some members there suggested "James Last"
