I found this nice slow song, perhaps a little pessimistic.
Can somebody take a look at some of the vocab and meaning please, depending on what u prefer.

الطيب يكرهوه

why do the honourable (true hearts) hate him, and the good bother him?

واليحجي بلسان الكذب كلهم تره يحبونه
and the one that talks with his tongue, lies. they all, you know (colloquial), like him (jealous)

if even your love slanders in strange things

بعد شترجى منهم حتى ارجع واحبهم
afterwards, what will you get back from him? even if he returns ill love them (him)

your heart does not allow tenderness (loving/longing),
and reproaches also on them
