Some minor challenges to your lyrics (apart from the obvious inversion of the first two lines)

Looking out a rooftop (the skylights of older European cities) (1)

Stay, the second time around (the only time i hear the initial th )
Won't you please stay, a second time around

(1) notice the lou-kin sound instead of look-ing. To me that gives him the tiniest accent of a North-Eastern European or Scandinavian speaking English.

People, does anybody know the album "Mike Lester Band ‎– Rolling On" from 1984. It was on a Greek label called Sakkaris. Could "Stay the second time around" be one of the songs on this album? :-)

Stean Lemroy - Stay (The Second Time Around)

It is still possible we're dealing with that Swedish synth-pop song: Face - Around (1986). Does anybody know this? :-)

There is no evidence of any band named Stean Lemroy.

Stean Lemroy doesn't exist, Kero's final stand doesn't exist. People who are fantasying do exist, a pity for us

I made a list of possibilities I couldn't find on neither youtube nor itunes. If anyone knows which isn't than please let me know. Thanks for help anyway :-)

Personally, I'm thinking it is S. Lemroy - Stay... Someone posted the album cover on the video. How do you explain that if the band isn't real? Maybe it was a very limited edition single. Has anyone asked janwebder (who seems to know Mr. Lemroy's first name) where he got that image?

Is it sure that it's an album/single cover? It doesn't contain any text, neither "Stay" nor "Lemroy". He could've taken it from anywhere :-)

It does say 'S.Lemroy' and 'Stay...' but it looks fake.

I think janwebder is playing a little trick on you all, and it's also the only upload he has.

The running time is also the same as the upload by Dan Coogan, highly unlikely IMHO, and the info below it is identical to that posted by Mario Rui on Dan's video, and Mario Rui has only ever commented once on YouTube, eight months ago, the same time that janwebder posted his video. They are probably the same person.
