Cant find any info on the Band name or Song for this video clip

This song was from the TV show DVD Hunter Episode the shooter.The music was added to the dvd and HULU episodes due to the original song having copyright issues. There is no info on it did a ton of lyric searches, even used Shazam,and Sound hound and everything else I could think of and their is nothing outthere.To me it sounds like Chris Cornell. All help is greatly appreciated.
