The expression "Alag Thalag pade hona" means something that is lying separate from others or in isolation from others.

Samaney Aana - in this context it means ... to come to forefront ( As if get highlighted)

To Confront = Samna KARNA

so here it means

While, in this election campaign BJP tried that these contradictions should not be allowed to come to the forefront. (meaning they didn't want certain things to be highlighted)

It is Grammatically incorrect it should be - Mahila Dawara (Dwara performing the same function as by in english.)

It would translate to
The was told by the woman about the family dispute via phone call.

महिला ने पुलिस को फ़ोन करके पारिवारिक झगड़े की बात बताई. = The woman called the police to tell about the family dispute.

He/She was forced by the kidnappers to get married.
