(PLEASE HELP) Early 2000s song with little girl dancing in music video

I'm looking for a song I found years ago (around early 2000s?) at a mall. I've been on and off searching, but haven't found it.

I can't really remember the words that much, but the music video is the singer playing a piano. (Possibly blonde?) There is a girl who I think is in a ballerina outfit but she is trying to get her parents attention at some fancy party? It's been years, so I'm not exactly sure, but it sounds familiar.

[It's not Lindsay Lohan's Confession of a Broken Heart or Vanessa Carlton's A Thousand Miles.]

I know that's not too much to go off of, but it would mean a lot. Like I mentioned, I've been searching for a while to find this again!
