Driving me crazy!

Every weekend I visit Micheals Craft store and I always hear this song playing throughout the store.

Here's what I know :

- There is both a man and woman singing this song
- The chorus has some form of the word "happy" or "happiness"
- The man sings the chorus first followed by the woman
- I have heard this song play before on the muppets TV show

Here's what I'm unsure about :
- the year the song was played (I think this was a 70's or 80's song)
- the name of the artist/band
- the name of the song



The chorus goes along the lines like :

Man : happy (or Happiness) -________________________________________
Woman : Happy -____________________________________
Man : Happy _-_____________________________________
woman: Happy -_____________________ ahhhhhhhhhh- ahhh - haaaaa!


I have tried everything from Soundhound to Beat Tapper and no results were found. Does anyone have a small clue what it is?
