[solved] Need help finding the title and artist

Can anybody tell me who the artist is for this song and translate the lyrics. I really thought it might be Nawal el Zoughbi, but not sure. Would be much appreciated. Ty!

Ty and yes it's been nagging at me for a few years now! I managed at one time to get the first line translated haha and then no more. Made it rather difficult to search from there. I had received the song from a dear friend but untitled. I love all the music of the middle east and Greece but suffer with translations speaking only English lol.
