a7a is a curse word that's like a fill in the blank lol.. it can mean sh-t, damn, f-ck all depending on usage.. it's considered very bad in Egypt and usually not spoken in front of ladies.

Sa3id is either a name or talking about the Sa3ayda (people in the Saeedi area of Egypt) and shata is hot sauce, it may be a nickname here to call him hot? and then the guy continues on to say "I will go fatota all over your head" the phrase is obviously an inside joke and won't be understood by us sorry
