I'm not sure if you're familiar with the numbers in transliterations, but basically there are Arabic letters with no specific sound in the English language so to make text talk easier in English between Arabs they use numbers which resemble that letter in the Arabic language. So it goes as following:
7 - hard H sound
3 - hard A sound coming from the back of the throat
2 - a glottal sound, kind of like a pause "uh" sound
