يا فارج الهمّ ويا كاشف الغم
O the one who removed a wound/sad feeling, O the who known (without been told) the glooming feeling
فرّج همي ويسّر أمري
(please help) remove my wound, and simplifying my business

وارحم ضعفي وقلة حيلتي
And (please) have merciful on my weakness and lack of my intelligent
وارزقني من حيث لا يحتسب
and sustained me from uncountable directions (means: too many directions)
يا ربّ العالمين
the Lord of "world" (including all mankind and all the creatures)

'' who read this du3a'a and told people about it Allah will help him/her
to pass through all the worries and will release his/her angst

it says : mann antom? (Who are you?) it became a funny sentence because Qaddafi used it in his first speech addressing the Libyan rebels

who are you? (just for information, "antum" is word for more than 2 person... 3 at least... difference from anta (you-one male) or anti (you-one female)
