    Default Calling Your Name

    My soul sheds a tear
    For all of your fears
    It whispers and shakes
    To all of life's mistakes

    It screams and shouts
    And runs around
    Holding on
To what it has not found
    "Chorus"
Oh Well I'm waiting for the moment
    To run away
    My soul screams forever
    It’s calling your name
    Can you hear it?
    Can you see it?
    It’s calling your name

Well my soul seems to think
    That you and me
    Were always meant to be
But it seems like he was wrong all along

Oh soul can you stop winking at me
Can you hold on to my dreams?
So I have something to believe
Oh soul what do you think
You're holding on to what's already undone
    Let me be
    Let me dream
    Let me live my fantasies
    Chorus"
Oh Well I'm waiting for the moment
    To run away
    My soul screams forever
    It’s calling your name
    Can you hear it
    Can you see it
    It’s calling your name

But you try to comfort me
    With your sweet melodies
    With heart and belief
You are something more than me
    More than me
    Something more
    Than me
    "Bridge"
Oh soul why are you crying tonight
Soul why do you lie here inside
    You're full of holes
    You don’t even know
    Who you are
    You're covered with coals
And yet you still find a way
    To make my day
    Chorus"
Oh Well I'm waiting for the moment
    To run away
    My soul screams forever
    It’s calling your name
    Can you hear it?
    Can you see it?
    It’s calling your name
Oh Well I'm waiting for the moment
    To run away
    My soul screams forever
    It’s calling your name
    Can you hear it?
    Can you see it?
    Its calls your name
    It's calls your name
    Can you hear it?
    Can you believe it?
    It's calling your name

There is not enough space or time to truly let the song unwind

I wrote this a few years ago and I forgot about it. I need to look over it lol I'm sure a lot of it doesn't make sense.

John, that's the part that I like about your work;it's up for interpretation.Everybody can take what they want from your work.I on the other hand, try not to leave any question as to where I was aiming.Viva la difference!

I think it's disenfranchised love or the need and want for love but its not true.

Very nice. The only thing I'd fix (and this is just strictly a personal thing and a pet peeve of mine, lol) is how it's structured. It seems the phrases are clumped together so it makes it hard for me to feel/understand the cadence of how it's supposed to 'flow'. But the words themselves are incredibly deep. Great job!
