Popular probably 90's song

hi guys i can't find this song beacause i really don't know anyhting about it, (it was/is very popular, probably 90's, very catchy might be like jhon mayer or somthing it's a very steady slow laid back beat all i know is it's a high male voice singing and he reapeats/or starts the song off with. "whoawhoawhoa,whoawhoawhoa,whoawhoaohhh, then when it came to the chorus, the lyrics were one worded in a high voice, one word said, tune, and again, at the end of the chorus his voice gets lower and he says somthing that sounds like "i ain't gonna fly anymore" it came to almost a complete stop then it went back to the whoas, i know it's a famous song, i've heard it so many times before, if anybody knows this song please help thanks again!

im sorry i tried that piano thing and i really could'nt come up with the tune but i heard in micdonalds like a week ago i don't know what station they put on there but it has old and new songs

none of you are right it's not peter gabriel it's newer i think than that it's not ace of base, it's not some nights by fun, i'm pretty sure it's older than that early to mid 90's i think (christ! i did'nt think it would be this hard to find)

I found this song myself, i heard it again in the same place i heard it first, it's not 90s it is 2004 and it is "this love" by maroon5, (told ya it was a famous song)

"I won't say goodbye anymore" is very different than "I ain't gonna fly anymore". At least you figured it out.
