Cannot upload avatar picture

May I participate in this thread and post my question?
I can't upload avatar picture. I've been trying for days. The same problem occurs when I tried to upload profile picture, whether I chose Option 1 or Option 2. (Size of picture matches the required dimensions.)
"Unable to save image", VBulletin says.
I had the same problem at another forum powered by VBulletin.

As to save image problem - try now, please. Something went wrong during last software update, and it was fixed now.
