Heard this song in Kmart around 2002....so it is from then or before. My impression is that it's from the late 90s. That could be wrong.
It's mostly instrumental ... very simple piano riff..(over and over). Link below. A guy speaks in a cadence at a few points in the song. I "think" he says "North South East West"...and then a line that rhymes...like, "da da da dada the best"
.and later he says what I heard as "Let's go get Sally". That also could be totally wrong.
This is a funky or hip-hop like strong beat.
Searching Google is no help. I have done that. Hoping someone will listen to sound clip and recognize it. It is obscure! Been looking for this for over a decade. Any help would be appreciated.

Sadly this is not the song. The song I am looking for is really 99% instrumental. The few lines that are in it are spoken, not sung.

I remember "north south east west" and I remember "let's go get sally". Again....these lines are not sung. they are spoken.
I have googled (for over a decade) so unless you have a personal memory of the melody, google will be no help...
