What is the language and also help to identify the song

Hi all, I'm new here and it's my first post

A long time ago , approximately in 2007 I got the song, file was unnamed (just an mp3 file). I fell in love in that song and music.
Firstly I thought the language was Spanish or some of Balkanian one (Albanian, Romanian, etc...) , but I've been still not sure in the language till today (today a man told me it's Finnish).

There a user "morback" told me it's Finnish and provided to me fragments from the song in Finnish.
He also suggested me to find valoilmie from allthelyrics.com, and that's why I'm here

This song fragment appears to be a prayer or religious song which has been translated to Finnish from some other language by a non-native speaker. There are some grammar errors, and the singer has foreign accent.

This kind of songs are sometimes heard in religious fringe-group gatherings (Jehovah's Witnesses, etc.), where some "famous foreign preacher" is visiting.
