Hi guys! I want to identify a quote appearing as sample in a song. The song itself isnt interesting, it was somewhat a demo for a demo version of EJay software published in the 90s. The key words in the quotes are:

"we're talkinmg again' ...?... "the teleggraph, now one'" [of? all?] "your conditions" ...?... "are you asking' [us?] "for surrender"?

What i wanna know is the source of the quote / sample. Some year ago i searched by google and i found at least the whole text somewhere easily, but then i forgot it. Now i try to search by google or duckduckgo in wain, find nothing relevant. Can someone help?
