Albanian to English translation - need help

Hi There

Would anyone mind translating the followng albanian text into english for me ? I have been trying to peice this message together all morning i just can't work it out and it seems some of it, or at least 1 word is actually italian ???
Can anyone help ? Your help would be greatly appreciated !!!!

lol please don't post the same question in two different threads..

"si je" is "how are you" and you would reply "mire" which means good

"cka po ben" means "what's up" and you would reply "hic asgje" which means "nothing at all" and can reply "cka po ben ti" that means "and what are you doing?" or you can say "mire" which again means "good" since the question is also liked with like "how are things going"
