Albanian to English translation

Hi There

I think I have managed to translate some of this text - I am still only a beginner, can anyone help ?

Ame the se jam ka shkoj te femna ne stafford.


I think it says sometinhg along the lines of - I am looking for women in stafford or I am the parent of a girl in stafford ???? The AME bit seems to translate as someones albanian name or the word parent ???? I am so confused.........

A me the: = didn't you say :i'm going to my woman (femna also meant for my girlfriend) in stafford.
