Does anyone know this christian artist from the 90's

Wondering if anyone can help....

I remember hearing a Christian artist back in the late 90s....The first name was Steven (or Stephen) but I can't remember the surname

He released an album called "Spin Away" - I think the title track made the Christian charts (I think the chorus went along the lines of)

"Everyday, everynight, I'll be there with you in love. All that I am, all that I am, I will give to you in love"

There was another song on the album called "True to You" - chorus went along the lines of:

"Can be true, true to you, I'll wear my heart out on my sleeve. And believe, I can be, I too can be true"

I have tried google, youtube and christian lyric search engines with no luck.
