Solved Music Video: Women playing piano in a stream out in nature.

Sorry: In title I wrote Women. I actually just meant to write woman.

I am looking for a specific song. It is all piano, I think. It is just the piano with the woman singing. It is quite beautiful. It is either about love or about losing a love/being hurt. In the music video she is walking, or surrounded by nature, and eventually ends up playing her piano in the middle of a stream, near a waterfall. She is very beautiful, I think she was wearing a dress. I used to know the song, now I don't.

Any help would be nice. If you need me to get more specific I can try. I think it is fairly recent (Aka within the last 10 years, but could have been written in the 90s. Thanks!
