Help identify - radio

Female singer, rather popular song I guess, a 2000-2010 song I think.
The only lyrics I know is ".... (on/in the) radio."
and the radio is sung like "raa-di-ooo" ra-low, di-high, o-mid.

I know it´s not much but my hopes are high
