Can someone translate this nice song, please? Thanks in advance.

Wind blown apart and (my) old name,
There's no way for me to my lost land
If you're trying to see me from that far away,
You won't see me, you won't see me,
    Farewell, my friend!

I'm sailing away, and time carries me from side to side,
from shore to shore, from bank to bank - farewell, my friend...
I know, someday from faraway coast of long-ago past
Night wind of spring will carry to you a sigh of mine
    Take a look,
isn't there something left after me...

In a midnight of oblivion at a late margin of your life
Take a look without despair, take a look (at it) without despair,
Will it flush, will it take image of an unknown as if accidental shape
    It's not a dream, it's not a dream, it's all my truth, it's verity,
Eternal death-breaking law - it's love of mine.

I have a question about the first line, I have found another transliteration:

    What is the correct?

On the other hand, I just don't understand these lines:

Wind blown apart and (my) old name
    [...]
Will it flush, will it take image of an unknown as if accidental shape

    Thank you very much.

New transliteration should be correct, it seems in previous version one letter was missing (for time-saving purpose I haven't watched the YouTube link you gave).
Then the first line of translation should be
Whether a wind blew apart (my) old name

    The second line in question
(Will it flush, will it take image of an unknown as if accidental shape)
I tried to translate source text word-to-word, and my translation isn't clear enough (because the text is somewhat unclear and my translation skills are not so good). It could be said also as

Will it flare up (you may look in google translate meanings for rus. вспыхивать, вспыхнуть), will it take shape of a figure unknown, figure as if accidental

I still don't know if it's clear, so wait for further comments

Yes, now it's clear, though I have to think about the translation into Spanish of "blew apart".

    Thanks again.
