Solved: 90's Dance song with small animal in title

Please help!

I have this song from the 90's (I think) stuck in my head and was wondering if anyone knows the title. I know it has a techno, fairly fast dance beat and the chorus sounds like a chimpunk singing "Dee dah dee dah doh dee doh doh, dee dah dee dah doh dee doh doh, dee dah dee dah dee dah dee dah dee dah doh dee doh dee doh doh" in a high pitched voice.

I thought the title was something like "Muskrat Dance" but I've searched and am obviously mistaken.

Can anyone help?

Ahhh! I think I know that!
It must have been in the same "tech-country" style as 2 Cowboys - "Everybody Gonfi-Gon" or Rednex' "Cotton Eye Joe".

Actually, it DOES remind me a LOT of "Cotton-Eye Joe" in tempo & structure. For some reason, I keep thinking somewhere in the song it says "Everybody do the Muskrat (not sure) Dance". I'll try to give more details as it comes to me. Thanks for your input! Much appreciated!
