A line from Pasxalis concert

hello everyone!
I was listening to the pasxalis live perfomence.
At 3.01 he says
χωρίς εσένα stavros
While stavros plays his clarinet he says another line off the song. It's so fast I cannot understand it. I guess he says I want all the silence in english

Could you tell me what he says and what it means??

He says:

"Δεν ήρθε το μπαλέτο μας και κάνω χρέη..."

He means:

"Our ballet (dancers) didn't come so I'm substituting them..."
