[SOLVED] Techno song in OZ Season 4 Episode 16 "Famous Last Words"

This is a long shot, but below is the link to the episode I need help with. The scene is where Floria, the secretary, answers the phone. THE SONG PLAYING IN THE BACKGROUND is incredibly familiar but I don't know anything about it. Can someone please help identify it?

sorry i didn't know. i can't find any clips on youtube, but if you can get access to Oz Season 4, the scene is only about 6 seconds long.
