Default Solved: 1970s 15-year song search mystery

I heard this song on the TV 70's station about 15 years ago, and have been casually searching for the title/artist ever since! The lyrics are like any other love song, which doesn't help. All I really remember (I think) is the chorus--

    "I'm faaaaaallin', (5 different syllables)
Yes, I'm faaaaaaaaaaaaallin', (about 11 syllables)
Oh, I'm faaaaaaallin' in love with you." (about 10 syllables)

The chorus is sung by a tenor(s) (Dan Hill-ish like), in a beautiful two-part harmony. Of course I looked at the title and artist at the time, and swore to write it down, but I didn't.

It would be great if someone actually could help me. Thanks!

Default Gary Moore and ...guess the title..

If this is what you are thinking of : Gary Moore - Falling in Love with you - it's on the Corridors of Power album (1982). Unfortunately I can't find any samples of the chorus or mp3's of the song on any reputable websites (only those with mega ad-ware).

It's not one of my favorite Gary Moore songs, but if you can find it on an album with Parisienne Walkways... BUY IT.
    lyrics:
When I'm close to you, I feel my heartbeat
telling me that you're the one for me.
Darling, I don't understand the reasons.
I just know that this was meant to be.

And when I look into your eyes I see it,
everything that I've been searchin' for.
Darlin', I don't understand this feeling,
I just know it's growing more and more.

Because I'm falling in love with you.
It's the easiest thing for me to do.
Yes, I'm falling in love with you, it's true.

I lie awake at night and think about you.
I wake up to another lonely day.
I know you'll never feel this way about me,
no matter what I do or say.

And I'm falling in love with you.
It's the easiest thing for me to do.
Yes, I'm falling in love with you, with you.

You say you're not the one for me,
that I am just a dreamer.
I've tried so hard to make you see
    that someone like you
could make my dreams come true.

Because I'm falling in love with you.
It's the easiest thing for me to do.
Yes, I'm falling in love with you, it's true.

Yes, I'm falling in love with you.
It's the easiest thing for me to do.
Yes, I'm falling in love with you.
It's the easiest thing for me to do.

    Yes, I'm falling.
    Yes, I'm falling.
    Yes, I'm falling.
Yes, I'm falling in love with you.
    Falling, I'm falling, I'm falling.

Thank you so much for working on my behalf to find the song I have been thinking about for YEARS! I got to work early this morning, and what a wonderful treat!!! My eyes watered up as I listened to it. I don't know why it was so important to me to find that song, but it was. Thank you for the link to the song. It was an excellent beginning to my day! May your day be as blessed. -- Simon

I know how it is to want to find a song so bad. Luckily I love love songs and that's one of my favorites alone with the other one that I had confused with this one.
Thanks Lollipop for finding it so Simon could hear it.

    Default Fallin'

The Song you are asking about is "Fallin'" by LeBlanc & Carr -
    year 1977

I think about winter when I was with her
and the snow was fallin down
Warmed by the fire I love bein by her
When there's no one else around

and I'm fallin' woah, I'm fallin'
I'm fallin' in love with you

I think about summer my head was swimmin
You wrote my name in the sand
    We walked together hopin forever
Please don't let go of my hand

Cause I'm fallin', woah, I'm fallin'
I'm fallin' in love with you

The fall and the springtime were like in between time
You're here and then you're gone away
Woah I just wanted to say
    Won't you please, please stay
Cause I'm fallin', woah, I'm fallin'
I'm fallin' in love with you

    In love with you
    In love with you
