Problems with Registration

I got a message from someone who was interested in joining this forum, but she has problems with registering and so she asked me to register for her. She said it was her computer, but I went to register for her and I had the same problem.. the registration code doesn't appear.. I clicked Refresh Image and still nothing.. I use Firefox mainly so I tried it from IE and there was no image there either.. Could it be an issue with both of our computers or is it from the forum itself?
